Parts Ordering System

1.      First it is important to properly identify your vehicle before ordering parts. If you are a first time customer it is best to take a picture of your vehicle ID plate and sent it to us to verify the correct model and make. Follow the Link to Identify your VIN number

2.      If you have any question Please Email First! Include a phone number.

3.      We are open 9:00 am to 7:00pm (JST) Japan Standard time. For USA/Canada customers that means your evening time. We return calls only in the evening due to time differences.

4.      Parts Direct: We will still maintain orders direct for items not on the on-line store. It is impossible to list every part so for consultation on non-listed parts email any requests.

Parts Notice

New Parts: New Parts are brand new and due to shipping conditions may not arrive in their original box. Combined shipping and freight forwarders have strike limitations on package sizes. All attempts will be made to send parts in original boxes.

Used Parts: Used parts are sold “As is”. All attempts are made to verify condition before shipment unless noted. There are no returns whatsoever on “used parts”

Core Exchange: We do not require core exchange on any items.

Glass Items: Glass items are shipped as “Fragile risk items’. Most delivery companies will not insure glass shipments. Shipment of glass items is strictly buyer’s risk.

Warranties: (New Parts Only) All parts are originally manufactured for the Japanese domestic Market. You will need to check directly with the manufacturer for any or all International Warranties.  Yokohama Motors is not a manufacture of parts as does not warrantee parts.

Local Government Regulations: The purchaser is responsible to know his/her own home country’s rules and regulations on automotive parts importation and installation rules/regulations. Yokohama Motors is purely an exporter of vehicles & parts and is in no way responsible for local safety and or emission related rules/regulations.
